These terms and conditions of sale apply to any booking made directly on the website casacoco-marrakech.com with Casa Coco Marrakech.

Article 1 — Booking

Any booking made through our online booking engine is final once confirmed by email and payment (or deposit, depending on the option chosen) has been received.

Article 2 — Rates and payment

Casa Coco Marrakech accepts no liability in the event of theft, loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay, except in the case of proven negligence on the part of the establishment.

Article 8 — Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
